We have been customers of this business for probably 15+ years and they provide knowledgeable, effective, respectful and helpful service every single time. Today we had issues with two gate alignments (one seasonal, the other sudden onset) and two gate handles that weren’t working properly. Teddy arrived promptly and took care of all the issues in less than an hour. He recommended replacing one of the handles due to broken parts; he reinstalled it and arranged to order a similar but higher-quality unit, better for outdoor use. The replacement unit will be available for installation within 4 or 5 days and he will come back and install it then. Pricing as usual was fair and reasonable. We value this business very highly and cannot imagine going anywhere else!
